Massage Therapy

Jonah and Neil offer expert Massage Therapy, specializing in Myofascial Release and Deep tissue techniques. By blending these modalities, they support the body's natural healing process, helping clients rediscover pain-free movement and the freedom of living in a body that feels balanced and unrestricted.

Jonah is a passionate advocate for holistic wellness and a dedicated practitioner of myofascial release and deep tissue work. From a young age, he was drawn to understanding the intricacies of the human body and how it moves.

With a firm belief in the body’s innate ability to heal itself, Jonah harnesses the power of myofascial release to facilitate this natural healing process. Through gentle, sustained pressure and stretching techniques, he works to release restrictions and gain fluidity in the fascial complex.

Jonah is driven by a desire to make the benefits of myofascial release accessible to all. He firmly believes that everyone deserves to experience the freedom of pain-free movement and the joy of living in a body that feels balanced and unrestricted. With a compassionate approach and a deep understanding of anatomy and biomechanics, the use of myofascial release allows him to look at each patient as a unique individual, guiding them towards greater ease and vitality in their bodies and lives.

When Jonah isn’t at the clinic, he mostly enjoys rock climbing, biking/hiking, disc golfing, and practicing Tai Chi. He loves being outdoors but admits he spends too much time on his computer.

Neil graduated from the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in 2019. Throughout his growing practice, Neil has explored varying treatment philosophies and modalities, including Deep Tissue massage, Rapid Neurofascial Reset, Neurodynamics, and Myofascial Release.

Myofascial Release has become his primary therapy modality since 2023, quickly becoming his go-to tool for treatment both in and out of the clinic, and serving as the most effective way of keeping himself pain free on both a day to day basis, as well as following the odd injury. A holistic approach to health as a general way of life is one of his core values, and forms a strong inspiration to how he approaches each and every treatment.

In his free time, he is often practicing yoga, biking, or playing chess. Seasonally, he rotates between sailing a small laser sailboat, camping, or kiting/skiing on a frozen lake.
